Overview
At The Urban Eaze, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. We fulfill all orders through our trusted dropshipping partner, Dropship India, which ensures professional handling and timely dispatch.
Free Shipping on All Orders! We offer completely free shipping on every single order — no minimum purchase amount required. This applies to all products across our entire catalog.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner and you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location within India. Below are approximate estimates:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your tracking number and courier name.
- An SMS notification to your registered mobile number.
You can track your order by visiting the courier partner's official website and entering your tracking number. If you face issues tracking your order, please contact us with your Order ID.
Tip: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active on the courier's tracking portal after you receive the tracking number.

The courier is automatically assigned based on your delivery pin code to ensure the fastest and most reliable option.
Failed / Undelivered Orders
In case of a failed delivery attempt:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
- You will receive a call or SMS from the courier before each attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability, you may request a re-shipment by contacting us. Re-shipment costs (if any) will be communicated before processing.
- For COD orders where delivery was refused, the order will be cancelled.
If your order is lost in transit, please report it to us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
